SWFG all I can figure is it's a non reporting shell, a bunch of people on RB got it confused with another company in Florida, private company with the same name. The webmaster for the private company is going a little snaky because of the confusion. Who knows what could happen, it could fall back down sub penny, or now that it's out there, like some of the others, it could keep trading up and down for a while. Just be aware of the E and delisting dates, and watch for filings....they file...could be something there...they don't file.... I wouldn't want to be going pink with it.
