Caroline - I have never attacked you, but still want to apologize. Well, I did make a smart allick remark when you and Jeff appeared to be hooking up, but made in fun. Good call on this one. Perhaps you should work for the SEC. They need people who think with, as Abraham Lincoln would say, "cold, hard, calculated, unimpassioned logic." They key is unimpassioned -- too many people, me included, fell in love with this puppy. I should have known better, being a CPA. But I invested, knowing the shaky f/s, on the premise that if the f/s were wrong, a lot of people, managment, accountants, attorneys, etc. etc. would be paying for the rest of their lives. I figured the chance of a conspiracy that large was so slim, it was a safe bet. I was wrong. Now, off ot pay an attorney $150 to tell me I am screwed and can't do anything. later. |
