Syd, I must agree with your post. I acted upon every negative piece of information that was posted on this thread. I did my own DD. But with each piece of negative information I found a dead end. I never confirmed one piece of negative information (with the exception of Mo's record) until Tuesday when I spoke with the TN Atorney Gerneral's office. I sold my holdings at that point. I'm trying to learn something from all this but I don't know what it could be. I'm not upset with Caroline, Dianne, Tonto, etc for posting what they thought would be helpfull. I'm not upset with myself for not listening. In fact I did listen but could not confirm their posts. I am upset (VERY UPSET) with Mr. Elrod because he had a chance to answer my questions but either could not or would not answer. I hope we all learn something from this. Vague posts may be as damaging as no posts at all. Some got out because of the negative rumors (unsubstantiated claims, a rumor that is substatiated becomes a fact) but some, like myself and Syd, stayed in because we could not confirm this information. Moving forward how do we change this? I feel like Marc M. I trust people less now and I really do not like that.
