Steve,
I can understand your side of this. However, I do not think it will hit 10 cents, or if it does, stay there long.
Why? Because of the behind the scenes shenanigans of shadow figures, I have trouble believing their claims of securities violations, implications of high criminal activities, etc. I do not believe the legal strategists behind the well-timed events and ongoing propaganda campaign here and elsewhere are looking out for me. I didn't hire them. Lawyers and a lot of others are not altruistic when it comes to money, especially when the numbers of 0's grows past 3 or 4. Essentially, the legal minds behind the scenes work for the ones who pay them.
Claiming felonious, misdemeanor, unethical, and who knows, maybe kicking dogs, is a standard part of lawsuits demanding $$. A lawsuit I filed 20 years ago stretched it some too per advice from attorney. It's common tactics for negotiations, and I believe my attorney then called it "the kitchen sink" strategy. It makes it harder for the defendents to work through. I didn't and doubt I would go to the lengths the legal minds behind the shadows figures have gone in terms of personal denigration as heaped on Mohamed. (Of course, his past gives them plenty of innuendo and "hint, hint" and "wink, wink" to work with. That he's not a "real american" I'm sure is running around somewhere. Tactics and strategy. Push and push somemore. Given the bowel deep tactics, I suspect a few of these lawyers have been politicians, or plan to be. (Maybe they want to be power brokers, sort of Legal Godfathers. They just took one done here in St. Louis a couple months ago.) Just try to think of 5 national, state or local political races in the recent past in which propaganda and disinformation were NOT a central part of the strategy. Think about the OJ trials (guilty or not), and tell me selective information dissemination, sound bites (or their on-line equivalent like here), propaganda and disinformation were not a crucial part of the strategies of both prosecutors and defense counsels.
10 cents? Sure, possible. If the worse case comes and everything is liquidated (even at irresponsible fire sale prices), I believe there is still a buck or two per share out there. But, I don't see the worse case coming about just yet. In the meantime, I'll make dual plans of action: worse case is wallpaper my home office in GIFS certificates, and best case, paint it.
