The 1:10 reverse split noted in the fiscal year end earnings release. If and when the company takes out the preferred and thereby the overhang on the common, I think the stock should do quite well -- note their geno/phenotyping leadership; the recent partnership with Gilead Sciences (via Virco) may be the first of many. I don't hold a position -- but covered the company as a research analyst until 6 months ago (for about three quarters) and dig management. We shall see.....
