For what it's worth, I would wait till end of June before buying.
With two major negatives out there: market sentiment being negative, and tech sector sentiment being especially negative, it would be dangerous to predict a bottom. Declining stocks have outnumbered advances every day this week by hefty margins. Every tech related stock in my portfolio has declined (ouch!). And I don't think it's over yet.

At end of June you have "triple witching" expiration, and it's a total crapshoot as to how that'll turn out. The only thing that's guaranteed is continued high volatility as it approaches. And then you have portfolio window dressing by investment pros. I think a lot of them won't want to show poorly performing sectors like computer and semiconductor related stocks in their portfolios and so out they'll go. And the period of bad earnings preannouncments (like Quantum) still has some to go. So even as good as some of these bargains may seem now, there's a very good chance in my opinion, that some of them will get even better.

I would wait for the stock(s) to actually bottom, and buy on the upturn. Hope this helps.
