Yet another deal.... looks like a minimum purchase agreement from Mitek. I just can't stand waiting for this to fly. By my calculations they are pretty much profitable now with their current levels of revenue and the revenue announced by recent deals. Any sales from their new products (above what's covered under Mitek's min. purchase agreement) are profit.

Any profit at all should put ADSO at >4. They only have <7M shares outstanding! To deserve a PE of 5 they will need to show that the old roller-coaster days are over. Of course, the old days didn't have these kinds of long-term agreements for real revenue and low operating expenses.

I'm looking for more press releases. If ADSO announces any significant sales of their own, profitability is confirmed. This should be at 3 already.
