Vishay is up 1 1/2 at noon today. Is their earning report out today. Did not see any news on the wire services. Any comments on their purchase of 65% of Lite-On Power Semiconductor for $130 million dollars and warrants. Sounds like a good move into Far East markets. Thanks.
