Bob: Simply put, I have come to the conclusion you are wrong. You correctly state that we (those who still own stock, and those who take a loss) will have to wait for a definative outcome. But the most constructive approach is to start gathering information and banding (and bonding) together with a class action in mind, and possibility of criminal fraud. Unless you and others can afford to walk away with the loss, and legitimatelly have no time or anything to contribute, there is nothing more lost (but a little time)in preparing for this eventuality. I see no reason to believe, much less support, a management team that has confirmed nothing of value, has lied or mislead, and has feloneous backgrounds. Even if some of the negative activities are not fully supported, or are manipulative, the actions of management smell very bad. I believe "the nose knows", in most cases, and Zayed and company have given me NO reason to believe otherwise. Lets start working together to protect our interests, not Zayed and company.
