Manage, evaluate and direct the Company's relationships with content and programming sources to provide inventory to the PCTV network for aggregation into channels of interest. Responsibilities include: execute strategic direction from marketing and subscriber drivers; cultivate original and existing relationships within budget and technical constraints; develop and coordinate, with legal, contract processing and contract negotiations; maintain management reports; maintain contact database; coordinate technical and creative issues and develop recommendations to increase the value of PCTV service to subscribers. Position: Vice President - Survey Development & Implementation

Coordinate, assess and manage facets of survey development and database services management, including developing the survey delivery matrix, targeted by response, designing, implementing and scheduling research surveys (focus groups & subscriber research studies), coordinating customized client questions, interfacing with a database management center for list management and list broker services. Also responsible for subscriber management - churn/loyalty/retention, testing & evaluating selling propositions to subscribers, verification and validation of the behavioral survey databases. This position will be part of the team responsible for establishing test parameters and is responsible for determining subscriber targeting maximization. Reports to V.P. Data Management & Sales.
