Time to make my annual post regarding this stock.
No surprise no one here on SI is following this stock. Not enough excitement!

In my last post I was expecting good things to happen be year end 1999. The 4th quarter earnings report was very disappointing, but the solid fundamentals remain and the positive earnings reports are only a matter of when. Todays contract announcement from the speciality packaging business segment indicates the company is now firing with both barrels. Packaging has been a single digit grower the past couple of years and it was aerospace that was leading the way forward. The company's investment in packaging the past two years seems to be paying very nice dividends now.

This year should be a breakout year for the company. The stock has been basing near the $10 area for about two years now. When the break comes, and it will, the move up could be very nice indeed.

Hope we get another chance to buy some shares on the cheap. Todays run up could be reversed between now and the next earnings report. I will be a buyer again if we fall below $9. As the year progresses my buy point will rise.

Well that is all for now. Once the stock begins to move I hope to have some company on this thread. Until then this SI thread is my personal note pad for this extremely fine company.
