ws, Though I suppose calling in on phone and sitting on hold for 5-10 minutes and getting an answer is better than nothing at all. Though average holding times may differ from week to week, I can tell you that for the past week, the average hold time for Tech/Trader Support was 23 seconds, and for Brokerage Operations was 18 seconds. Re PG and island, is this a case of just Cyber not being able to trade PG via island? There were many, many island prices displayed in PG today, where were they coming from?
