Dr. Microcap / THOMAS P. GOODRICH, JR., A venture capitol guy called me and offered to sell me shares of VGAM for $3 a share with a one year hold requirement. Is this some scam? He said it was a secondary private offering. Does this make ANY sense to ANYONE???
