At this point, the sum of the parts are worth more than the whole, so... management is, in effect, creating negative shareholder value. For that reason, management was, most likely, very leery of making statements which could be construed as "supporting the share price", while they were dumping millions of their shares. If it were not for T, these guys might very well have a shareholders rebellion on their hands.
