JungleInvestor, OT Politics,
which I try and avoid. The though just struck me that it appears the gov't is going in two directions, sort of like the Nasdaq and DOW have been.
Treasury pumps liquidity while the Fed ups interest rates.
Could it be two factions battling and maybe one of them can't see AG in the white house or else there are two economic agendas in conflict here? Perhaps one of them likes oil industry and one doesn't?

OTOH, I am probably just getting a bit punchy, time to call it a day.

PS, My mailbox today had no bills (miracle) but was stuffed FULL of offers for loans, low interest credit cards, etc.
Some of the offers (20K, 3.9%) have been quite tantalizing and from reputable firms. Besides the fact that I may have decent credit (miracle deux, I'm a saint ggg) there is something to this combined with the state of the market that I am not connecting the dots with right now. These offers keep increasing. Why are they so desparate to sell money?

Opinions?

Good Night,

Roebear
