Happily, the gap is closing with both stocks moving up. Someone in recent past (I think I was Michael Madden, sorry if it wasn't Mike) mentioned the probability of a class action suit against Pure. Anyone have any experience with what that will do to the stock when it's made public? I've been approached. I'm sure others have also. But, I have real misgivings about it, even though I do believe that Pure management was deceitful, at best.
