LINMOR Inc. Files Preliminary Prospectus

March 7, 2000

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--LINMOR Inc. announced today that it has filed a
preliminary prospectus with applicable provincial securities
commissions in respect of a proposed public offering of common
shares to be issued from treasury. This fully marketed offering
is to be underwritten by a syndicate composed of Yorkton
Securities Inc. and Griffiths McBurney & Partners. The price of
the common shares to be offered will be determined at the time of
closing.

The common shares will not be registered under United States
securities laws and may not be offered in the United States
without an exemption from registration requirements.
