Could you get in cheaper at some point? Maybe, but if you hold it for a year I think you can make 100% pretty easily from here -- upside who knows... The stock swings a lot so I would be prepared to see it hit 160 and not panic -- realizing that it could be headed to 500 or a thousand. If you're willing to wait for a bargain give that a try, but in general the trend is up in all likelihood -- especially if you sit on it for 5 years. Good luck and just my 2¢.
