DSNY - Spoke with the company today. Their lawyer estimated two weeks to reach the OTC:BB. Apparently it's quicker when you start out on the pinks like DSNY did as compared to being demoted after an "E". They also said their lawyer has recommended they apply for a NASDAQ small cap listing approximately two weeks after they're listed on the OTC:BB.
