Target prices are made to be raised. Strange as it may seem, its appears the new CPQ up trend is still in place after today's bear ride. Of course with the DOW headed for low places, it looks grim. We are back to the April 31st 1999 level on the DOW. The NAZ looks like a big shinning soap bubble. OOOh well... what was that Garth Brooks song? "I've got friends in looow places.."
