can someone explain why this stock is $90.

i'm trying to find something good about this stock at the current levels, but its hard.
3.5 billion market cap.
declining revenues year over year for the last 3 quarters.
price to book of 45.
bigger losses year over year for 3 of the last 4 quarters.
earnings estimate (zacks) for 2001 is (.14)
the only thing going for it is the fact that it is in the b2b sector.
explain the madness
