Using the Cisco system (last 1000 meters) in combination with JSkyB Satellite and appropriate headend equipment could obviate the need for all fibre in urban centers. The microwave frequencies in urban center (with no dependable line of sight path) is basically useless but for the Cisco gizmo. There are many ways to do everything, especially in electrical engineering. I regret very much selling out on Rambus (RMBS) so close to the victory line. That girl hurt me more than 9984 did. And so insultingly yet.
