Good news from the BCE/Nortel spinoff plan.

BCE has received a ruling from the federal government that BCE can give its Nortel shares to BCE's shareholders that allows BCE, its shareholders and Nortel shareholders to avoid taxing a tax hit.

Should Beamscope be thinking about doing the same for us with the Ironside shares, this ruling may help.
