John,
This is the moment of truth. There winter sales figures come out soon. The stores were stocked with marker clothing and bindings and the winter was as good as it gets for snow (though the xmas season was warm). I even bought some gloves and new bindings. If they don't make it now its a lost cause -- I still have lots of stock hoping for $3 (I wish alot).
