I like Aprils too. I bought 02 100 leaps yesterday, since I had legged out of all my MSFT believe it or not and would like to re-establish some kind of position now. That gives me lots of time for shenanigans of trial.

If they WOULD settle in a few weeks April 100s would be a terrific play. If not, I don't know--in spite of all their good news and Windows 2000 already very successful and tons of $, I think the market is giving them a clearer message than the foolhardy Justice Department, and that is: We want you to settle this case. It may be unfair, but we don't care, we just want it settled, and we do not want the company broken up. Settle!
