www.dslnetworks.com.

This alliance is expected to greatly increase Frontline's DSL presence in its current coverage areas. Through
its relationship with DSLnetworks, Frontline will offer business-class DSL Internet access supplied by
Rhythms, NorthPoint, and NAS in numerous major U.S. markets. The agreement will complement Frontline's
existing partnership to deliver DSL service to small business customers through Covad Communications.
