Mike Thanks for all you wireless and other last mile insights. I don't know that there is an exact answer to your question of why the "riser" companies are different. I would just point out the risk, that a retail business model for telecom services set up by the rocket scientists in real estate (its my industry so I will throw stones) may have more of an interest in extracting rents from captive tenants (and of course selling this promise to the public markets in the form of an IPO) than in providing true and evolving broad band services. Some "get it" in terms of the competitiveness of not only existing by emerging service providers, and some may lag. Just have a conversation with the respective investor relations groups. Still, the sector could be a great play for creating CLEC food. I just have too much human capital tied up in real estate to put any financial capital there.
