Qualcomm has successfully implemented Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) in multi-user cellular communications applications and owns and operates OmniTRACS, an international satellite-based track fleet and position location service. Qualcomm designs and manufactures subscriber terminals and gateways. Qualcomm plans to offer its OmniTRACS system to Globalstar service providers as an incremental service.
