You are right, according to reports ICICI plans to list ICICI Ventures in India, I am not sure their internet investments would be under a different company or not. They do have a company called ICICI Ventures and Trust Co of the West (TCW) which is investing in eCommerce companies in the U.S if I am not mistaken.

ICICI Bank is the one that will be listed in the U.S by the end of the month, others may come later.
