That's pretty wild! I don't know about the link(s) for my ISP ... However, my computer was freezing up on me both Monday and Tuesday... I disabled most of the programs working in the background but still had the problem. I then blamed my ISP... But now you have shed new light on the problem. Love to learn... Thanks! CW
