no, not enough cash to do that this time. everybody is in tech (90% rydex!!!) they must sell tech to roll back into the dow.... that's the definition of exhaustion... bond may get spanked here too soon which would force the fed's hand into tightening early or draining which would smash stocks... things shoudl start to accelerate tomorrow.. day 55....
