Institution came in hot and heavy, 100k then 50,000 shares. Today is March 8, the 401k money just arrived and got counted and right away invested. This, of course, puts SEMI into overbought situation, and pull back has to be immediate to avoid long dragged out 30% pull backs. Small outstanding number of shares has to be turn over quickly or else insufficient distribution and shorts by market makers keeps the stock way down for many month. Profit taking is only way to keep it technically balanced.
