Barry, what I find interesting, and just love, is the "great race". This is dumb, dumb, dumb, but there are companies (mine among them) who will buy the hottest machine around for certain "executives". A measly 500 bucks more in cost over the machine they really need is nothing! In fact, these executives could get by with a dumb terminal. O.k., I had a bad morning! Now, the other thing I like is the automatic assumption that you got to have RDRAM and lots of it if you are a "player" in this game. DELL will sell the hell out of this concept. When the Willamette comes out, watch out for the marketing push then. The announcement today of increased chip production by two of the "five wise men" only helps the cause.
