I believe the info I was given (and I have not tried to double check it...so fwiw) was $30M, not 30M shares. I suspect they already covered and went away when they saw the stock would not tank on their pressure. Hell.....I was sure we would back off down to $12.50 today but NO WAY!!! :-)
