Thanks for your post. To answer your question, the account opening process usually takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days, assuming all of your necessary paperwork have been submitted. You should have been sent a welcome email from our New Accounts Department, detailing the account set up process. Furthermore, there should have been some final agreements at the end of the online application that are necessary in hard copy to complete the account application process. If you had any difficulty printing out these agreements or if you have yet to receive our welcome email, please give us call.

In an effort to streamline the account opening process, we are currently working on ways to limit the amount of paperwork as well as improve the user friendliness of our interface. We hope that these changes will improve the amount of time it takes to open an account. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can be of any further assistance.
