Bob: Your scenario is interesting but seems based on supposition at best, or misinformation and misunderstanding at worst. You don't get 7 1/2 years for being a minor player, and are you sure your information on the felony(s) is correct. I am not convinced your understanding is correct.
Additionally, poor Zayed must have had someone help him or he wouldn't have become a CEO of what is purported to be a nine digit company. Start-up capital, contacts, etc.! As I have said before, even if some of the negative posters have a personal axe to grind, I don't believe sympathy for Zayed is called for here. What is called for is confirmation of assets, confirmation of existance and viability of subsidiaries, distribution of the promised dividend, etc. Frankly, at this point I would rather trust the government types to detirmine the truth than anyone associated with the company in the past. The courts will now decide, and the truth will come out. I believe we all should help in this process. Regards, Carl |
