PARS is a normal pullback off a high pole top at 15, pulled back to 9+++ i thinkthats about the bottom..wait till it settles... NEXL identical senario, pullback from a high pole top and is correcting..you can buy it anywhere in the 9-11 range and not get hurt.. good luck
