Cobalt's satellite trucks were designed with five wheels, can only turn left, reverse gear slips, the mufflers are shot, and until they go to the incinerator, whoever has the maintenance contract is obligated to make daily repairs for no compensation. Because of international treaties, it is illegal to abandon them by the side of the road, and the guy with the maintenance contract must arrange for towing to the incinerator.
