So, would you want me to post less (at least till I become familiar with popular economics articles published in the Web and convinced that there is a speculative boom going on)? :-) Be honest.

I think the market (including each transaction) is always rational, though I may agree or disagree with the reason(s) (which is inconsequential). Of ocurse, the various reason(s) that together comprise market rationality will always be diverse, as we need a buyer and a seller at the minimum to make the market.
