Rather than belabor that one, oh impolite canid, I wonder if you'd like to comment on the latest from Dr. Tom on Rambus and Intel's peculiar devotion to it, at the chipset level anyway, see www7.tomshardware.com. Some of the benchmarks are a little funky, but the results are pretty consistent, and in many cases not even close. All quite odd, I've been telling the AMD thread for a while that Intel is doing AMD a big favor here. I've speculated that Intel could easily ship a PC133-capable BX. I've been told in response that it's not so simple, but upping the memory controller speed 33% in a 2-year old part has to be easy compared to a ghz cpu.

I don't know, has Intel been giving the roadmap cartographers RMBS options instead of INTC options by mistake?

Cheers, Dan.
