This morning I read this article in the nationalpost nationalpost.com <Yesterday's TSE> Paul Boivin, a vice-president at TD Waterhouse and TSE supporter, said the real focus should be to "manage the expectations of our clients." No. It should be to fix an antiquated computer system, and to speed up the impossibly slow Internet-trading services of Canada's discount brokerages. DO NOT expect their service to improve anytime soon. A year ago they cancelled a service (TD Access) that was much better than they have now. They seem to busy fixing the clients instead of their website. First step to solve problems is to acknowledge that it exsists, it does not look that they have reached this stage yet. henk PS long on EGRP, earnings should be stellar.
