Hi GZ, it's good to be back, although I picked up a cold out in Reno. I had a monster of a time getting back due to weather problems in Phoenix and Las vegas. Took me 15 hours to get back to Houston!!!! I agree with you that we are still in that rising rate channel since the Oct 5th 1998 low in yield, hence it's a more bearish chart then the 30 year. the 30 year has at least dropped out of it's rising trend channel. John
