Have a long on ZIGO, at 2:20 it spiked from $63 to $71 13/16, made a sell at $70, for one minute the stock stayed unchanged, so did my order, which was sent to Herzog, no fill, then the stock dropped,couldn't cancel, couldn't even see the open order, it didn't show up for a few minutes, now the stock is $62, I am at a loss now. My heart is bleeding. For some time my major loss all come from the inability of the broker. Today morning all quotes lag a few minutes. My trading all messed up. On Monday I bought ULTR at $23. it went to $24 and stayed for one minute, and my sell didn't get a fill for one minute. Finally sold at $20 and my balance was cut off 20% in this single trade.
Obviously mytrack doesn't have the capacity to handle the volume. I would rather they raise commission to $20 or $30, then I would be able to exit when I want.
