form 144's were filed Mar 1 to sell 1,000,000 shares of HITT Mar 1 was, by the way, a peak in the stock price, and in between the two news releases on the HBX2000 "success." There were two filings. I can't yet paste electronic copies of the form 144's; today I viewed them on a terminal that didn't permit saving them in electronic form. In a few days the forms will appear on another server where I can copy them. So for now, I'll just type the highlights of the forms by hand, in the next two posts. The two sellers are both located in Salmon's neck of the woods. However, I don't know what their exact relation is. The company names of the shareholders don't appear in an online phonebook.
