Apr. 30, Sylvain Poudrette re: Q.CLPZF Colossal Resources, T.AC Air Canada

Thank you for the update. What is going on with Colossal Resources? Why exactly is the share price going down even after your strong recommendation 1 1/2 months ago?
Congratulations on your predictions on the Air Canada stock, it did increase 40% over 8 months, in a steady fashion.

RESPONSE: Colossal doubled since Friday's lows after releasing a general update confirming production schedules and progress to date. The company also wrote to investors about the way the stock appears to have been manipulated and why it happened, which broke it down technically. Most analysts recommended Colossal last year at $10 and we published our report at $4.50. As far as we know the fundamentals are the same as always. However, when a group sells/shorts with a vengeance and the market doesn't absorb the selling, the stock price will go down regardless of fundamentals. See more details on Colossal below. As for an EXACT answer why it has gone down, we can reply in 100% confidence "because there was more selling than buying".
Thanks for the congrats on AC! However, we first started following AC as a conservative growth play at $4.50, now $7.50 which is up 67%. We still feel that if their earnings continue to surprise on the upside, AC will also.
