For more up-to-date information regarding DRAM (and other) spot prices, try
webexchange.necx.com
and click the "Market Monitor" tab. You'll find more detail than anyone but a chip trader could possibly want.

For 64MB PC100 DIMMs, they are reporting a current (3/6) price of $49.50. For 64Mb 8Mx8 DRAMs, prices range from $8.25 to $9.25, depending on the specific part number. They describe all of these prices as "stable," though you can see from the charts that stability is relative.
