The following is just me musing aloud and plain speculation....plus it helps to keep me on an even keel by putting things on "paper".

Does the recent "trading range" of 30-40 indicate/suggest a realignment of who is holding the shares? Though I am by no means adept at charting/TA, following press releases, etc., from the information I have at hand, this is the picture I see being painted before me.

The basis for this line of though is that I often wonder who has the nerves/skill to buy an equity around 4 dollars per share (over even $10 or $20 per share) and then ride it up, and then up some more. Certainly the temptation to sell must be great to sell at least some percentage of a person's holding; if only to "pay" for the shares they plan on riding further up (or down, as they see fit).

And so, I've started to weigh the probabilities that those who bought lower are selling to those who think it is a fair price at 30-40 versus other probabilities (of which there are many). [A brief side note is needed: I believe that those who can afford to by in the 30-40 tend to be less vulnerable to rapid shifts in capital.]

Which brings me to the real point of this jumbled message: What are your three main beliefs on why VLNC is trading between 30-40, besides my favorite choice as illustrated above. Besides FUD, hype, and other generally inflammatory hodge-podge.

Regards,

DFCampbell
