To further amplify ALR's analogy, half the time you try to drive the trucks they quit before you get where you want to go. The new owner has to fix nearly all the ailing trucks before the fleet will work well for the delivery service. What value they have is overshadowed by the liability they come with because trucks will aimlessly wander the highways ready to collide with other traffic.
