Lee, beleive it or not, mostly through the internet. Piece by piece through here...... I searched EDGAR..... Then after reading some of the posts including "Lou's". I did a search in the FED court system and boom, there it was. I was surprised, however, after reading the Tennesse censure, where it makes mention of a "cease & desist order" entered by the State of Florida in Jan of 1996. I guess we all need to bone up on our DD. Its like a puzzle you bring your piece in and I'll add mine..........
