I can't find anything. They did adopt a poison pill so must think stock is cheap but its a turn around play which is notturning too fast. Would like to see a merger. It was my thinking that the board makers and board assemblers make a good fit similar to ALTRON. I've been thinking of selling some MERIX on strength to switch into some better run companies with more customers. Rich
